Solution

Durotech Industries worked closely with Groupline to provide detailed product specifications tailored to each unique wet area throughout the development. This included premium waterproofing systems for bathrooms, ensuites, laundries, expansive balconies, planter boxes, resort-style resident amenities on Level 10, pool concourse, Steam room, Sauna rooms and trafficable exposed roof tops. Every specification was selected to meet the demanding coastal environment of Mermaid Beach while ensuring full compliance with Australian Standards and long-term durability.

Approved waterproofing applicators were engaged to carry out all installation works, guaranteeing adherence to Durotech’s application standards and quality assurance protocols. This precise approach has delivered a fully watertight building envelope, protecting the high-end finishes, structural integrity, and resident comfort.
